The Dallas Baseball Alliance is a year around baseball program with a focus on teaching the fundamentals of baseball to baseball players of all ages.
Former NY Yankee John Darjean is Dallas Baseball Alliance's lead hitting instructor. We teach "staying inside the ball" and "let the ball get deep" philosophies on hitting. Bryan Clark is the Dallas Baseball Alliance's lead pitching instructor. Bryan pitched at the major league level and pitched professionally for 17 years.
Our elite teams will benefit from the best instruction and travel to the most competitive venues in the nation and internationally. Our relationships with the University of Dallas, Major League Scouting Bureau, Deion Sanders Truth Baseball, Metropolitan Jr. Baseball League, Youth Majors.com (which includes USSSA, Pony, Super Series, Babe Ruth, AABC, Dixie League and AAU), Puerto Rico's Pro Baseball HS, Black College Baseball, Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, Hamilton Park Youth Sports Assoc., Boys & Girls Club, Plano HS, Plano West HS, Highland Park HS, Arlington Martin HS, Mansfield HS, Dallas ISD, Lancaster ISD and many other organizations allow us to give our players an experience of a lifetime, with our intended goal of helping serious baseball players reach their maximum potential, whether that be starting for their high school team, playing college baseball or becoming a draft pick or free agent signee of a major league team.
Dallas Baseball Alliance also enjoys a great relationship with various colleges, junior colleges and universities including Dallas Baptist University and Grambling State University whom played each other in the spring while they honored youth from Dallas Baseball Alliance. We value relationships and and especially those that will provide platforms of opportunities for student-athletes in Dallas Baseball Alliance's program.

We Teach
TIP #1: FIND YOUR COMFORT ZONE, former SF Giant, Bill Carlson says:
"All great hitters have a comfort zone, a rhythm when they get up to the plate whether its checking their batting gloves, digging the dirt, or tapping the plate with the bat. The trick is to find your own style, don?t try to copy anybody else. Hitting is an individual act, do what makes you feel comfortable. After each pitch readjust yourself to your comfort zone. This is the first step to becoming a great hitter."
